Spring Science

This term we have been learning and animals and humans. Here are some of the activities we have done.

We learnt about the human ear and how sound travels. We created our own phones to inquire how sound travels. 

We also learnt how to classify animals. First, we classified minibeasts by using a branching model given to us. Then, we created our own. 

We discussed animal foodchains and what would happen if a part of the chain would be broken.

We also learnt about the digestive system and what happens when food is digested. We made a model of it using bannanas, orange juice, tights and cups.
